Off to Guatemala Soon
Hi all...........
I am so excited to be going back to Guatemala with 32 others from my agency. We will be taking Christmas to three orphanages....Fundaninos, Luz de Maria, and Mi Hogar. We are going to be decorating the orphanages for Christmas, fixing a Holiday meal for them, having a Christmas program, taking gifts for all the children, but most importantly playing with and loving on all the children. I will be leaving Christmas day and staying until Dec. 31st. My girls will be staying here with my parents so it will be hard to leave them on Christmas day but this is something that I feel I really need to do. I need to give a little something back to the country that has given me so much. If anyone has a SMALL package that they would like me to take and leave at the front desk of the Barcelo Hotel (Marriott) please PM me. I would be happy to take packages to those you love in Guatemala but they would have to be pretty small because I am going to be pretty loaded with one extra suitcase being things for the orphanages. Just wanted to share my exciting news.
