There have been very few outs lately. What are your attorneys and agencies saying is the reason for the draught?

I would like to know the same thing. There were four cases sent to the window yesterday. That appears to be the speed 1-2 outs a week. I think there is no pressure for them to move cases. We have sat for over a month with "approved status" without being sent to the window. Every day I call they say "maybe tomorrow". After 377 days since we first entered PGN I am really sad and angry. I just wish there was something we could do or someone we could get to help us.

My thoughts are with you waiters. I keep the list at guatedocs and there has been no movement at all on that list for 3 weeks now. I don't understand why they can't just get these last cases done and get this over with.

we are still waiting and waiting. we've been in and out of PGN for many many months now - our original submit date was around April 14, 2008. Our coordinator will be told "you'll be out on Thursday" and thursday comes and goes. We were told last week that we'd be out this week, well it's Thursday and no word yet. I've finally asked my coordinator to not tell us when we'll be out and just tell us when we are - the hope up and then smashed is just too much to bear.

We were told there was an issue with our bmi, and they had to reconvene everyone who sat in on it to resign off the paperwork? FWIW I feel like PGN is looking for any excuse to pressure those who are left for additional "gifts" to get our files out. It just breaks my heart. Skye continues to get older and older and he's still stuck there.

I'll be sure and let everyone know when we are finally out. At this rate we don't know if we'll even get Skye home by his second birthday in June!

We got caught in the holiday slowdown in 2006 and 2007 for our girls. I hope that is all it is - a slow down.

Praying for all the children to come home soon.

I don't know why either but I'm depressed that everything will slow down/ stop from 12/16-1/7. We unfortunately got caught in this slow down last year it really sucks.
