Thanks everyone for your responses. My husband and I have really given this a lot of thought, and came to the hard decision not to send money. Probably one of the hardest decisions we've made in a long time. We're determined not to let it change or complicate our limited communication with our daughter's foster mother. We're sending out a Christmas card with photos and just a simple sentence that we're not in a financial position to provide her medication, but we are praying for her. I thought I couldn't do that, but after we decided to do that, we have alot of peace with this course of action.
