Here is her email from last Christmas to give you some specifics. She always follows up with me after delivery and updates me on how my daughter's foster mother is doing. She even located my son's foster family for me after the moved. I mail pictures and letters on occassion, but this is such a great way for me to know that gifts get delivered and get information on my daughter's elderly foster mother's health.

I know she is also always willing to arrange personalized services. She has delivered meals, arranged for birthday cakes, etc.
