What are you thankful for?
1. My family
2. For the person at PGN who made the mistake of releasing our files on Thanksgiving last year. Barrios and Gordilla were not happy, but I cried tears of joy when I heard. 3. To the unknown person(s) at the GC airport who decided not to enforce the immigration hold on my two boys. I am grateful beyond measure. 4. Ian and Gabe's many healthcare givers, particularly their neurologist and neuropsychologist...you have all gone way out of your way to be helpful and supportive. 5. My forum friends...I could not have made this journey without you. Have a great turkey day!

I am so thankful that Madeline will be spending her third Thanksgiving here with me and my husband. I'm so thankful that this time last year Marco was working his booty off to get my Princess out of PGN. A true Miracle!!! Also thankful for good health and happiness.

Full Quiver Mamma married to Full Quiver Papa Together we have four bio-blessed arrows  and two more arrows waiting to be finalized. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Psalm 127  5/19/08 matched to a little baby for adoption and don't know it! 6/3/08 found out that we are matched to a baby girl!! 6/10/08 presentation meeting 6/11/08 we accept placement 6/17/08 we first meet our girlie / first trans. meeting 6/18/08 outing w/ baby / second transition meeting 6/19/08 baby home 11/06/08 Bios show up for the first time in 6 months and want to see her.  12/19/08 Bios jump ship again.  5/6/09 and 6/1/09 Bios "want" her again 7/14/09 Bios MIA and TPR hearing set for 11/12/09.....  9/29/09 possibility of a two month old baby BOY 10/8/09 BABY BOY COMES HOME!!

I am thankful that my adoption journey in Guatemala is complete.
I am thankful that 2 years ago at Thanksgiving I made my first trip to Guatemala to visit a little child -- even though the b-mom decided to keep her, that visit nevertheless led me to my dear daughter. I am thankful for my beatiful, smart, funny (and sometimes trying) dear daughter who is napping down the hall. I am thankful that she can say "mama, mama" to me even though she often won't let me leave her sight. I am thankful for her beatiful laugh, her dark eyes, and her curly hair. I am thankful for the wonderful foster family who cared for & loved & adored my little girl for more than 14 months.....even though they knew she would leave them one day. I am thankful for this forum because I have learned so much from all of you. Happy Thanksgiving....this is definitely a time of year to "count your many blessings"

I am thankful to have Isaac home this year for his first Thanksgiving here at home I am thankful for my Christian family I am thankful for the birthmom's plan of adoption so that I may be a mother I am thankful for the fm making my son who he is and that her cancer was operational and she will recover

I am thankful to the Lord for all of my gifts none of which I deserve.
I am thankful to have a wonderful husband who makes me laugh every day. I am thankful for a son who has a healthy heart and is full of love and kindness. I am thankful for my sweet Monkey baby being home this Thanksgiving after missing her first two. I am thankful that my husband has a job, that our bills are paid each month and that we will be able to provide our children with presents. I know there are a lot of families in this world who can't say that.

I am thankful for finally having my son home after waiting too long I am thankful for my son's birthmother and for his fostermother I am thankful for my family and friends (especially my forum friends who have helped me through everything)
