I don't really have a whole lot of advice about the bed thing except to say that a good friend of mine who has been working with kids in a daycare setting for like 15 years said to get Madelyn up earlier if I want her to go to bed earlier. But we've never had a problem with Madelyn going to bed in her crib at between 7 and 7:30pm. Anyhow, I just wanted to say congratulations and Welcome Home Kate!!!!!
