You guys are amazing...all of you. I knew that my forum family would be here for me. It did take me a couple months to post because so many are still in the pain of trying to bring their children home. I am glad I told you guys. Thank you for lifting me up. I know I will be okay. But it sure feels good to know that you are praying for me.
 Side note, and I told Candy this, reading all your names and seeing all your beautiful children's faces, I feel like I have the world's largest extended family. I told Candy, it's like Kya Blu is my neice...I have watched her grow. Mary Kate, dilgra, Quesita, mamaskoby...oh my gosh...way too many to mention...but you are all like family. How many years have we been on these boards together...? Lots of years (with a "handle change" for me at one point due to my goof up). I am so glad to know you all and I look forward to updating my blog with news of remission! My most heartfelt thanks, Maureen A public dialogue ... about my private problem

Jeanne 11/05 decided to switch countries from Ukraine to Guatemala 11/23/05 accepted referral for beautiful baby girl born Nov. 9th. 12/15/05 dossier to Guatemala 1/15/06 DNA matched and we are in Family Court 1/25/06 embassy receives DNA 2/23-2/27 beautiful visit trip! 3/10/06 contacted senator's office about preapproval. 4/21/06 got PREAPPROVAL! Yippeeeee! 8/18/06 FINALLY IN PGN 8/25/06 ooops....our mistake! NOT in PGN!  9/4/06 Okay! NOW we're IN PGN! 12/19/06 OUT OUT OUT of PGN! Thank you SOOOOOO MUCH!  1/10/07 new birth certificate issued 1/17/07 PINK!!! Appt is 1/23/07 Thank you God!  Finally home in Kentucky! 1/29/07

Maureen, I'm looking forward to that blog post of news of your remission. Like Jeanne said, even without knowing you, I can tell what a special person you are. A great mom and friend and sister.
