let's start a thread highlighting the children who are not yet home. If you have one, tell us the following things-

How old was the child at referral?
How long have you been in process?
How old is the child now?
Where are you in the process?

If you want, post a picture for everyone, too. Maybe we can get some positive thoughts and/or prayers out for these wee ones (and some NOT so wee ones ) who need to get home to their families. I know there are many many children now that are not coming home . Please feel free to post about those children as well so that we can think happy thoughts for them as well.

To those of us who have our children home, let's rally around and support those parents who are still fighting for their children.....or who have recently lost the battle.

Just want to cheer everyone on... I sympathize with all of you. Madeline's process took 16 months from referral to pick up, plus a lot of unnecessary crap! I know things have gotten worse since then.. Just wanted you guys to know you and your babies are not forgotten.

We need all the positive thoughts and prayers we can get...I just booked a visit trip where I plan to fall head over heels in love with my son all over again so let's pray my little sweetie home!!!!!

I am sending out all my positive thoughts to all of you.......I waited over 2 1/2 years total (including one lost referral) to bring my DD home but I know that can't even compare to how difficult some of your journeys have been.

I'm grateful that, after all these years, we're finally getting good news on our case. Still, Nidia needs your prayers to finally make it home to us.

How long have you been in process? 3 yrs, 4.5 months
How old is the child now? will be 3 yrs 6 months on Dec 8th
Where are you in the process? rec'd GC BC yesterday, 10 wks after our PGN OUT, & got the passport done the same day!

Now we're concerned that our fingerprints will cause some delays at the end. The NVC says that they have not rec'd the information from the NY USCIS office, 4 wks after we rec'd our letter stating that our fingerprints are current. I'll be contacting our US Senator's office on Mon.

Praying for all of you still waiting and for the children in Guatemala and elsewhere who need a forever family. May God give you comfort and strength.

How old is the child now? 14 months
Where are you in the process? We didn't have a birth mother interview. Our little girl was taken from her foster family 7 weeks ago and placed in an hogar. We've not been able to have any contact since that time. The judge has requested a report from PGN.
