i stood julian up and he fell flat on his face

Never even filed 11/5-prior atty wants to "check" on us.Tells new atty he was never pd by agency! Agrees to give our file IF we release him of all liab  1/6/09-rec the real COA! Petition to be filed with CNA tomorrow! 2/10-'old' atty won't release our file...w/out PAYING a fee! So much for release of liability  2/16-Agree to pay file ransom 4/29-File FINALLY given to new atty 5/19-CNA officially approves us to begin adoption; accepts dossier NOW MORE HOOPS

Ladies look at the photo... both of his legs are in one side of his pants! LOL!!!
DS has got little chicken legs and I do this quite a bit but have not gotten as far as standing him up!!!(yet)  Glad he has his mom's great sense of humor too!!!

LOL! He is too cute! I did the same thing with DS more than once. One time we were at a place that had one of those " splash pads" for kids to play in. After changing DS into his shorts and letting him play at the park area afterward I noticed he was running a little slow. It hardly phased him one bit. I on the other hand was pretty embarrassed because he had been playing for a good 10 minutes or so before I even noticed!

Jeck!! Good catch. LOL.
I was impressed he could actually walk with both legs in one side of his pants. He was taking teeny tiny steps because he only had a few inches of room to move his feet. And we've got chicken legs going too. He is getting taller and his belly is getting bigger by my 2 year old can actually fit into a size 3 diaper (I know that because DH forgot diapers when we went to a friend's house for dinner Thurs and we had to use their 5 month old's size 3...it fit fine!)
