I saw this website posted by another user from here. It's Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople. It is a completely FREE weight loss/health site that works like e-diets, biggestloser etc. It gives you meal and exercise plans and sets goals. They also have great support!
Thought you might be interested.

Oh good... I thought I was the only one that couldn't get on the blog... I never got around to posting and kept forgetting. But... I would love in on the new one too! I am down 28 pounds and need to lose 5-7 more and step up the exercise... so count me in!
