OT: Spot Removal
I have a silly question. I've just spent the morning doing spot removal on my preschoolers clothing. I know this is just one of the fun details of parenthood, but I was wondering if you all could share an awesome spot removal product or trick that you use to make my life a little simpler. Maybe I am dreaming or an easier way...

I add Oxiclean to the wash. I also keep a bucket of water and Oxiclean in the laundry area, to soak DS's clothes if I'm not doing laundry for a day or two. I use Shout on bad stains, and then Oxiclean. I may be overdoing it, but I need to make these clothes last!

Spray N' Wash Duel Power is the greatest spot remover EVER in my opinion. I was even able to get out ink in clothes that had already been through the dryer using it. It also does a great job on blood and grass stains which I think are two of the worst things to get out.

Okay, if you search you will find a similar laundry thread which outed me for the stain removal freak that I am.
A few favorites: OxyClean powder w/water as a presoak Oxyclean spray on minor stains Borax or OxyClean in with wash for general brightening Charcoal lighter fluid (a tiny amount) on grease stains and it is amazing!! Spotshot carpet cleaner also works great for pretreating stains One of my favorite resources is the book 'Talking Dirty with the Qeen of Clean' lots of very good stain removal advice
