Anyone know how to make them look lighter??? I use spf 50 everyday and yet it seems to get worse.

At 48 they are starting to crowd my face. I wish I used lotion growing up. I am thinking dermatologist or a great plastic surgeon.
Hope someone has a better answer.

DH had one - he went to the dermatologist who used liquid nitrogen blasts - gone! I'm not sure if that would work for everyone or for more than one spot but it did the trick for him!

Just a thought...

I went to a derm for this about 4 years ago. He prescribed cream (don't remember the name). It was about $100 but it lasted about 1 year and it WORKED. It burns shen you use it but WORKED.

The most effective treatment is some type of laser "zapping" treatment. Several ladies in my neighborhood had it done. The spots are gone. They said it felt like rubberbands snapping against the skin. They were also bruised for a few days afterwards - but it did work. Now they wear SPF religiously. The lotion sounds promising too - I might try that before the "zaps!"

I started using Rare Minerals night skin revival treatment by Bare Escentuals. It's wonderful. Not only are my dark spots almost gone after just a few weeks, but my pores are way smaller and the texture of my skin is better. I get it for $60 at Sephora.
