We celebrated one year yesterday...
I can't believe our daughter has been with us for a whole year. It has gone so fast! We celebrated "gotcha day" yesterday. I made Picadillo and rice for dinner. We had cake and ice cream too!! We had a nice family day. We are so blessed. This has been an amazing year. I still pray for all the families still in process.

HAPPY FIRST GOTCHA DAY!! Time really does go by way too fast once they're home!! We'l be celebrating our 2nd gotcha day next month and i can hardly believe it!
