OK, so I can't remember exactly when I joined (2003??? sometime right after I brought my first daughter home and discovered it during the Hague). At some point there was a big forum crash and my join date got reset to the default 1969 and I was told it couldn't be fixed.
No idea about the icons, how you get them or how you give them. I will confess to being mainly a lurker

ok...there you go. the winners walked away with medals...and the honorary mentions and helpers walked away with snacks. if this were a real life competition...i'd be thrilled to have the snacks.
