OT: Restaurant Sugestion in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge Area
We will be in the Gatlinburg area for one night and are looking for a good Steak House in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Anyone have any good suggestions? Thank you in advance.

We often eat at the Texas Roadhouse and there is one in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. One of our favorite places is the Apple Barn but we don't eat there often as it is way to much food.

The ALAMO is the absolute best steak house we have ever been to.
They have 1 in Gatlingburg & 1 in Pigeon Forge, we like the one in Pigeon Forge the best, it sits on top of a hill on the left as you are leaving Pigeon Forge coming from Gatlingburg.

Ooh, Ooh, Ooh! Go to The Peddler in downtown Gatlinburg. It is SOOOOO. . good. You get to pick your meat there at the table and watch them carve it plus they have a wonderful salad bar. We went when we were there on our honeymoon and again when we were there for a weekend getaway. That and the Apple Barn are our two faves in Gat./P.F.!!!

Yummy food at Park Grill
I'm putting my vote in for Park Grill. It is the best steak I've ever had in a restaurant. My husband and I are incredibly picky steak eaters because he grills the best steak, so it’s hard to find it in a restaurant that we like it. But we love this place. My parents go down every year, and make it a point to eat there at least once while they’re there! It in Gatlinburg-1110 Parkway, Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

The Park Grill is very good, as is the Peddler. Peddler is a bit pricier, but a more unique dining experience (Park Grill feels like a chain - and maybe it is, not sure).
As for the Alamo, we didn't care for it. The steaks seemed to have a "tinny" flavor - I think it was the smoke flavor, but no one in our party cared for it. Tina
