Help I 864
I am sitting here making sure I ahve everything prior to leaving and
The I 864 form says nothing about notarizing and the adoption packet says it is notarized - does it need to be notarized? I leave in the morning. And can it be notarized in Guatemala if it has to be?

I know everyone seems to have a different response to this, but we were told to NOT to sign I-864 until in Guatemala.
Anyone else??

I got mine notorized even though there isn't a place on it for the notary info. Can't wait to meet you next week.

We didn't notarize ours, and it was perfectly fine. You can always wait to sign it in front of them, and that is acceptable as well.
