Ok who else is having troubles with renap? we were told another 15 days and its been 3 weeks already.

who knows anymore we were told GC , BC 1 to 2 months. This friday we will be 1-1/2 months. Praying things get moving.

It's been over 5 weeks for us! Our attorney was told he could pick up the BC today, but I don't count on it. He also went last week and it wasn't ready. I feel like we're so close, yet so far away!!!!!

We have been waiting since June 17th. They have been told it would be done. Then it isn't. I would feel better if one of us would get a BC. But I haven't seen any RENAP BC's for a long time.........I am at the worrying stage now.

I am in the same boat.Waiting for Chiguimula BC since june 6th.I just got a word from my agency that it takes longer. How much longer? who knows.I am sooooooo frustrated. She could have been home by now.

RENAP is the new PGN - it's a deep dark hole that you can't see to the bottom...... (can you guess how I'm feeling today?)

Are any of your agencies giving you any reasons why it is taking so long? I don't want to sound stupid, but do all the BC's start in your city, go to the same renap, and then come back to your city? How long has this renap thing been going on anyway?

RENAP...Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe my feelings. "A deep dark hole" is a perfect description. It's almost worse than PGN. To be so close but yet so far. We have been out of PGN for 5 weeks and still nothing. I am so happy for everyone with 2-3 week time frames but can't understand why some GC BCs are so quick and others take so long. I am assuming it depends where the original BC came from. Could someone let me know if they had a 2-3 week time frame, if there original BC was from Guatemala City. I keep counting out the weeks, and it goes on and on!!The uncertainty is driving me nuts!!! For everyone with BCs, that is wonderful! I hope you get real quick pink slips and have your precious children in your arms soon.

Yes, it's true that RENAP has really slowed down the BC process.
