Guatefun 2008--STL Guatetot get-together--photos
Well, from 11-13 July, this past weekend, babies and toddlers adopted from Guatemala in the St Louis area got together on Friday night for dinner and Saturday morning for the zoo. AND Sat night for dinner! There were a total of 8 families there (although not all at one time), several from St Louis, some from as far as Bloomfield, IL (5 hrs!), and from KY as well.
We had a wonderful time and I know that I personally can't wait to meet up w/these people again. We hope to try to get together every 6mo or so! (Maybe when it's not 5000 degrees in the shade at the zoo--although the misters and fountains and puffin house were very nice!) Nov 12th – In PGN! Jan. 17th – Out of PGN! Thanks be to Heaven! Thank you Thank you!!!  Jan 31 - New Birth Certificate Feb 4 - Guatemala passport Feb 7th - Orange! Authorization for 2nd DNA Feb 15th - DNA results at embassy! Think Pink! Pink - Feb 20th  Pick up trip - March 2nd  Embassy Appt. - March 5th! March 7th- Home Forever!!!

Becca great pics. Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. All of the kiddos are indeed cute. And Mr Owen is getting so big. I keep picturing him as that little baby boy you were carrying around in a wrap in Antigua. As the saying goes, time sure flies when you're not in PGN!
