Are some cities quicker than others through RENAP?
Our BC is going through RENAP (Chiquimula)and I was told 6 weeks. I can't figure out why some RENAP cities are quicker than others. I thought it was all one centralized system. Does anyone know???

I do know that some cities are faster than others, but I do not know why. I think it is because, even though it goes through RENAP, it still has to go out to that city and then back through RENAP to come out.
