Gc Bc -- Renap

Okay, so we were submitted yesterday for Tony's GC birth certificate. Now that GC is RENAP, our agency says that it used to take a couple of days and is now taking two weeks or longer. They just entered week 3 waiting for one of their GC birth certificates.

It did take us about 3 weeks. Not what you want to hear, I know, but maybe it will be less. I think I've seen between 2 -3 weeks. Good Luck!!

Renap GC BC

We were told by our agency than one reason for GC BC's taking longer, or any Renap BC, was they were requiring extra documentation that has to be gathered such as certified copies of passport photo pages, copy of the CNA registration approval, etc.

I was told the same thing, it took them a long time to collect everything that was needed to even be submitted. Maybe it's quick once they have all the documentation (i know, wishful thinking - but it gets me through the day!)

Our GCBC was requested on 6/18 and we got it today. So three weeks exactly. Good luck to everyone waiting!

Is there a difference between GCBC through RENAP and any other BC through RENAP? Ours is RENAP from Chiquimula and we were told it would take 6 weeks. Anyone know?

We were submitted yesterday. Our attorney was told it would be ready July 25 or 28th...... It's ridiculous.
