Darnit!!!! KICKED OUT!!!
I am so sad. We found out that our file was kicked out yesterday. It said it was due to an error from PGN. My attorney is not changing anything and resubmitting tomorrow. PGN got CONFUSED!!! What is confusing is my DD is getting older and they don't seem to give a rip!!
I am so disgusted. Does anyone know how long resubmits are taking? And what if it is PGN's fault I was kicked out, not ours. Has anyone had this happen. Or is it what all the attorneys say? OOOOOOHHHHHHHHH I AM SOOOOOO MMMMAAAADDDD

If PGN made a mistake, I think your attorney still submits your file to the window but gets to speak to a PGN attorney about the error first. If your previo was truly in error and there is nothing else wrong with your file, I would bet you would be hearing that your are out very soon.

I feel ya girl!! I am SO STINKIN' MAD right now too! Our attorney didn't even tell our agency what our previo was for, just that it was resubmitted today. May both our cases FLY THROUGH PGN this resubmission!

Our case was KOed for a silly, silly PGN mistake. It was resubmitted on 6/12. We thought it would fly back out of PGN with an approval, but we are still waiting. We are still with the 2nd reviewer.
So sorry.
