Reopening?
Hello Guys,
I have not been on here in almost a year. I heard that Guatemala is closed...We have our first son from Guatemala that came home 07/05 and looking to adopt again. We are currently having serious issues with a legal risk placement here in the states that is probably not going to work out. I will NEVER go the the CPS route again....What are the rumors of Guatemala reopening?? If any? Please let me know! Thanks! Christina

Just be advised that anything anyone tells you is just that...rumors. I have seen it posted and written that Guatemala will reopen anywhere from this fall to never, with most posts saying sometime in 2009. Again, it's all just speculation at this point, but you get the gist that it probably won't be next month.

This seems to be the million dollar question! I wish we knew the answer. The last I heard was sometime in 2009. Unfortunately no one knows.
