I've tried (3 times now) to send a letter to someone in Guatemala but the letter always comes back with the mention "Incomplete Address". Is there someone "out there" who can validate an address in Santa Lucia Cotzumalguapa?
Gracias!

If the postal service is anything like FedEx, "incomplete address" or "undeliverable address" may simply mean that they don't deliver there. This was the case the one and only time I sent a package via FedEx -- and despite having a FedEx account I was never notified. The only reason I found out was that I tracked it online myself. I don't know much about the postal service in Guatemala other than that it's notoriously unreliable -- and it wouldn't surprise me if they don't serve all rural areas.
I would say to bite the bullet and pay for a courier service.
