Yes, you sure can make a difference in the life of a child in Guatemala!! Please go on over to Usborne Books Online Sales and participate in the book drive for the San Antonio Palopo school in Guatemala. This school is located in the highlands of Guatemala, which is home to many indigenous children. The school currently has almost 500 children enrolled and only a hand full of books provided to them by Education and More. (Education and More For the Children, Lake Atitlan, Solola, Panajachel,Guatemala Ministry Charity School Education weaver weaving tejido artisan handcraft) I am doing this on behalf of this organization and the books will be shipped via Medrano Express. Each book that is ordered will also help the school to earn free books so it's a win win situation for them.I hope all of you can take a minute to go on over and order a book to support them!!

Also please feel free to pass the word on to friends/family who may not belong to the forum via email or your blog!! The more I can get the word out the more books we can get for the school! My goal is to collect 100 books for them!! Can you help??

Oh, I just bought a pile of books and games. I'm probably one of those 3 confirmed...I did the whole checkout process.

I also posted the link to two mommy-groups I am part of, so hopefully you get some good response! I know they're all Usborne fans and are super supportive of our adoption and Guatemalan causes, so it's a good match.
