Are these BMI's random? The reason I ask is because when I look at the list it seems to be all over the board. There is no rhyme or reason behind any of it. They aren't going by resubmit dates, age of child, original submit dates, which reviewer a case is with. I am just looking for some sort of pattern here and can't find one. Does your attorney have any insight on how interviews are scheduled? Thanks!

He hasn't seen ANY type of consistency in the bmom interviews. He did have his cases that have been in longer scheduled first. One of his cases has only been in 8 weeks from submission and has already been interviewed. I don't think there's any rhyme or reason. He doesn't have that many cases left, but I think all of them have been interviewed. I have someone who can call for you if you're interested. He gets more information from a call than parents calling. PM me, and I'll give you his information.......

My agency said that it is random which makes since since we were submitted to PGN two days before it shut down. We are adopting two siblings and one has had her interview and the other has not even been scheduled. It is crazy that the birthmother has to go through this twice.

I have a question and hope anyone here can answer it.
I read that (not sure if its true or not) that 50 cases were released yesterday but of those only 10 were approvals and the other 40 were ko's.
Does anyone know if the 40 were ko's that were to come out right before PGN stopped releasing files or if they are ko's after birth mother interviews?
Just wondering. Lou, maybe you'd have some insight on this. I hear you're a reliable go to person for info.

The formula isn't quite as simple as this. They went through the files and pulled the ones that were suspicious. Can't target any reason for suspiciousness. May even have been just some targeted attorneys they didn't like. (Not necessarily bad though) Some of these have had BMIs and some not. The rest were not put in any special order. They are happening at random except for the suspicious files which are having the interviews as they determine is the correct timing. Since these are being somewhat investigated, they are interviewed in a very planned manner. I wouldn't stress over anything because there isn't any way to determine if your case is being treated in any which manner.

I'm wondering since my case was resubmitted on 4/2 and I DID have my BMI appt on 5/23 if my case was considered "suspicious" or was it one of the "random" ones....hmm.

been there, done that. I'm trying not to stress b/c
it gets me nowhere. I'm so passed all this PGN nonsense.
I was just trying to figure out how many of those ko's
were ko's before they even officially announced the interviews. I thought the reason there were so many ko's was b/c there were cases that were ko'd right before the suspension but PGN just then decided not to release them.
I guess I'm just trying to see if PGN is still gonna k/o cases for crazy reasons even after BMI's. "IN MY HONEST OPINION" after having the birth mother there and in some cases having harrassed them the way we've read of I dont think they should be kicking out cases for silly things like they've been known to do in the past.
K/O or not I'm just hoping to see some movement with my file so we can correct whatever needs to be done and move on so I can get my little one home already.
