It was FANTASTIC!! Of course, the best part of it all was seeing Sawyer emerge shirtless from the sea (I can have sweet dreams tonite!).

I think they are definitely GOING BACK. Yikes.

Okay. A few thoughts here.
1. Is Locke back home (dead) because he had to move the island again and once you move the island you can never go back?

2. Of course he would have to change his name because he is suppose to be dead from the crash!(why Jeremy Bentham?)

3. Where the heck is the island?

4. I am so happy that Penelope found Desmond!!!!!!!!

5. I think they will all go back too.

How about Sawyer kissing Kate and jumping out of the helicopter? Be still my heart. I thought the episode was fantastic! So many new questions and and also some good answers. I can't wait for next season. I hope they focus on the people still on the "moved" island.

Oh my. For a second I thought Sawyer was dead! I was so upset. I was on pins and needles until I saw him bob up.
How is it they could see the ship smoke after it was blown up but couldn't see the ship to start with?
And Locke in the casket...I knew it would be him but if they can't go back how is Ben going to go back with Locke?
Moving the island is also very strange.
So many questions. So LONG to wait.

The episode surely did NOT disappoint! My Dh said when we saw Sawyer swim to the beach "Didn't he have a shirt on when he jumped out of the helicopter?" My reply was "Yeah, but emerging from the sea shirtless is a WHOLE lot sexier!" LOL! I think they will ALL go back to the island. I think Locke is back on the mainland because he had to move the island just like Ben. Oh and maybe seeing the island has all these special powers when John goes back he will be alive again. LOL! Can't wait for next season!

It was a fantastic episode. I was so sad for Sun when the boat exploded with Jin on the deck. And I welled up when I saw Penelope on the boat and when Desmond ran to her. I love the two of them together. The island disappearing was so freaky and then watching them crash into the ocean again in the helicopter was so scary! When do new episodes start? I can't wait!

I am such a Lost fanatic!!! We will have to wait until mid January for the new season!!!

The best to me was Penny and Desmond. That was so unexpected! I just cried it was so happy and emotional!

The hardest to watch was Sun and Jin. That was heartbreaking. Of course, Jin could still be alive.

I think John had to travel back to get the "Oceanic 6" to return to the island and make things right. Ben said when they left, horrible things started happening. John went back to see each one and convince them to return. I think it was Windmore who found him and killed him while he was off the island.

Do you think Kate and Aaron will go back? Especially after her dream about Claire saying, "Do not take him back!"

According to Ben they all need to come back so I guess they probably will BUT I have a theory.
Maybe the survivors are the new "colony" to establish the island.
Any ideas?

WOW! Great season finale. Even DH who usually grumbles about the show and pretends not to watch it, was engrossed. And Sawyer shirtless emerging from the water. Rrrrrrrrr!!!
