Cheering On The OUTS!!!!!!
The power of positive thinking will prevail!!
Let's Cheer On The Outs that are going to be announced by some lucky persons on this board!! I am confident that we will see our first OUT today and if not today, then tomorrow and if not tomorrow then Monday, but I am confident that they will come and they will be soon!! Keep Your Chins Up!! The OUTS are on the way!!

Ok, I'm obviously on high-alert today b/c I saw your post and immediatly felt my stomach flip over thinking it was an announcement or a response to a slew of announcements (quickly started scanning the threads for 10-15 people with good news...)
I hope and pray and beg and plead that this is coming to a good conclusion soon for many families. PGN needs to hurry up and release these files so we don't have a huge crunch at the USE once we get our BMI and OUT and Mixco BC...! Let's see those files PGN!

I had a dream that there were outs. When I woke up this morning, I thought that it was the next day and ran to the computer to see the new outs, and then realized it was all a dream.

Alright. Now this is what I'm talking about!! It has been an incredibly crappy few weeks for many of you waiting. There have been so many rumors and speculation and some awful factual accounts of BMI's....it has just been brutal for all of you waiting for your children and us that are cheering you on. BUT.... this could be the break that we have all been praying for. This is it, guys. Let's get 'em home.

Never even filed 11/5-prior atty wants to "check" on us.Tells new atty he was never pd by agency! Agrees to give our file IF we release him of all liab  1/6/09-rec the real COA! Petition to be filed with CNA tomorrow! 2/10-'old' atty won't release our file...w/out PAYING a fee! So much for release of liability  2/16-Agree to pay file ransom 4/29-File FINALLY given to new atty 5/19-CNA officially approves us to begin adoption; accepts dossier NOW MORE HOOPS
