San Antonio La Paz, Progreso-Birth Certificate
I'm asking this for my cousin who is waiting for the New Birth Certificate for her 2nd daughter she's adopting from Guatemala.
She has her PGN approval for her adoption, however her attorney has not been able to get the new birth certificate issued. Has anyone recently gotten their New Birth Certificate from San Antonio La Paz, Progreso? If so when and how long have you waited? Thanks for any information you can give us. Becky mom to 2 wonderful Guatamalan girls ages 5 1/2 and 3.
