My daughter is also a sweater...we just try and keep down on the layers because she gets hot very easily, but I think that she will just be sweaty

Maura,

I am also the big sweater in our family...I can't tell you how many years I was embarrassed to raise my arms for fear of pit stains. I even made my clothing choices based on what would show sweat. I FINALLY discovered Certain Dry in my early twenties and as long as I use it religiously I have NO more problems it is such a relief!!

I did find out that people who sweat excessively have what is called hyperhidrosis and it is more common in certain ethnic groups...although most prevalent in Japanese interestingly. Anyway just thought I would let you know that you are not the only sweaty gal out there :lol

At least I will be able to share my secrets with my daughter, we will have lots of fun with sweating and hair removal :lol

Not a good option for young children and only for extreme cases (and celebrities going to the Oscars!) but Botox stops sweating. My husband used to work on software for Botox cases and one of the uses is to stop sweating, paricularly underarm sweating. It only lasts 6 months or so and then has to be repeated but it is a short-term "cure" for those suffering from hyperhidrosis.

yep, our guy is a sweater. Not so much in the past year as in the first 6 months though. He just turned 2 on the 17th.
