Family Court still won't release our file.
They keep telling my attorney to come back tomorrow. Come back Wednesday. Come back next week. Now it's come back Friday. I am seriously considering going to the Court myself tomorrow and requesting my file(very politely of course).......... Let Essie OUT!!!!!

Very frustrating - we went through this also. The only reason we could discern that the file was being held was because the clerk could hold it. It took quite some time and many trip to FC to get it but we did get the file. Hang in there, you will succeed. Then you can be in PGN like the rest of us!

I'm sorry Lou. I have a feeling those in charge at Family Court are being told by someone else in power to keep the cases for the time being. Just a feeling, no evidence to that effect. Anyway, just wanted to offer my support. I hope they allow your case to exit Family Court on Friday. Good Luck!!

Hang in there, it will be released. We waited 7 or 8 weeks for the judge to sign off on our file - we had been submitted in early December and weren't released until the end of March. Now we are stuck in PGN.
I know it's hard, but have faith. I truly believe all our children are coming home, maybe just a bit later than we had originally intended. hang in there! shannon
