UPDATE on SELA get together!
For everyone who missed the last post - We have set the date for June 28th, 2008. We're going to meet up at 10:00am in front of the zoo. If we have more than 10 people (non members) we can get a group rate. If you haven't done so yet, please PM me your e-mail address so that I can make sure that everyone is getting up to date info. Oh, and I wanted to say that if there is anyone in the surrounding states that would like to attend, please do! Send me a PM with your e-mail address and I'll include you in the updates! The more the merrier! Thanks!!!!! I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.

Dawn,
Darn it, we're not going to be able to make it for the zoo trip that weekend. Any other weekend in June would be great for us except that one. My dh is coordinator or our TOP Soccer association and they are planning their first 'jamboree' that Saturday. If you don't already know, TOP Soccer is the soccer association for children and young adults with mental and/or physical disabilities that otherwise wouldn't be able to participate in team sports. This is a new league for Brandon and we are very excited to be involved with it. Anyway, I hope y'all have a great time. I'll be watching for any future posts for the next SELA gathering.

I wanted to let you all know that I will be there for the picnic and if any of you would be interested in bringing along a school supply, spanish book/poster for the San Antonio Palopo school in Guatemala I would really appreciate it!! I'm collecting them and they will be sent down via Medrano. Please go to my blog to read more about it!! They can really use our help!
