This is what our case worker told us this afternoon. Would be nice to know if we are out of FC and even in PGN...

"I have just been told that the PGN has decided to turn all un-finished files in their possesion to the Central Authority without any legal basis. This is all I know right now.."

I have asked her for more information, but not heard back yet.

I am hearing that's what they are wanting to do but the attys are fighting it, cause it is illegal and I posted a long explanation here:

I have no idea how they can even do this. What was the point in grandfathering us all in if they are not going to hold up that end of things. Seems illegal to me and just another chance for something to happen to our case. I have had it.

Do we know this is "turning them over to be processed" or just "turning them over to have them auditted" as we have been hearing about? That all sounded so hopeful yesterday, are we sure this is different?

I am confused also..I thought maybe they were just handing over to be audited..

I am not sure either, just relaying what was told to us. I hope to hear more on Monday and will share then.

Thanks for sharing. I hope I didn't offend...I'm not trying to discredit your information, just trying to think of other interpretations that may not require us all to panic. It still fits with the less awful statements of yesterday but it seems to be upsetting the attny's and other contacts so I'm just trying to sort it out in my head here... Thanks for sharing any information you have, I appreciate having whatever we can get!
