We are trying to look into what our other options are and desperately need to contact the Family Court in Antigua. I have checked the internet but can't seem to find anything. I was hoping that someone could share information they may have from their FC contacts/interviews with birthmom (for those already home) anything!

I am also wondering if anyone could share any experience they may have had with … Rosemarie Maldonado Santizo, Abogada y Notaria or Carlos who is an attorney that she apparently works with.

I don't know anything about the specific people you mentioned, but I do know that some PAP's have had to switch from the Antigua Family Court to the Guatemala City Family Court. I'm not quite sure why, but something about someone being investigated. Hopefully some people have PM'd you and let you know what they have experienced. If not, let us know and we can try to find out for you.

We were actually in the Guat. FC and were removed, when the birthmom interview didn't "go well" and the SW there refused to redo the interview. And yes our SW is being investegated! We were told however that she was still processing cases (don't know how true this is). This is just part of the many reasons why I need contact info.
