We filed for our new COC in July 2007 and have not gotten the new one yet. Anyone else file that long ago and not heard anything? Is there anyone we can contact? I think we sent it to the Buffalo office. Thanks!

We sent ours to the Buffalo office in November and got it back in March. I was surprised to get it back so quickly, because others have been waiting 6 months or more.

We sent ours in July of 2007 and just got the new one this past February. We had gotten a form (very nice and official looking though) with a receipt number on it so that I was able to sign up online for updates. If you didn't receive that in the mail a short time after you sent it in I would probably make some inquiries. If you did receive it then I would just wait as it seems to take quite a while to process from some of the offices.
