MORE great news from Guatemala regarding future adoptions!
I talked to our friends in GC today. My attorney has been told off the record that the announcement between the USA and Guatemala will be made very soon. He was calling to get information on a set of prospective parents as requested by the CA!!! They are getting things in order to start the first adoptions under the NEW PROCESS! The CA is said to have forms for the new adoptions that will be released to the attorneys SOON!!! The CA is also pushing for foster care to continue, since Guatemala doesn't have the facilities to care for all these children. PEOPLE, it's going to happen!!!!! Thank you, God!!!!! These children will have families!!!!!
 Let me say that this has nothing to do with our cases that are grandfathered in...... No need to freak about wondering if there are new forms to be filled out for the CA...........

You have no idea how excited we will be when this news officially hits. We would love nothing more than to adopt from Guatemala, even after all that has happened with the loss of our daughter. Thanks for a little good news for the weekend.
