OT Real Estate Agents out there
Hi I have a question to any one that knows. I got a written offer on my house. Then they did the inspection and 10 days later where suppose to sign the P&S. Well i need to get a permit for my sunroon and I cant get it until April 25h. Now they signed a extention to the P&S until April 25th. Are they still under contract with me or can they walk away from now till then. My realtor says they are still under contract but how can they be if they never signed the P&S. Thanks Mindy

Then who signed the extension?? You said "they"...so if that's the case, they are still under contract.
