OT - Need Help - Contractors out there?
Hi everyone. I was hoping someone on here has a DH that might be a contractor or works for an assessors office. Im trying to sell my house and just found out my 3 season sunroom might not have a permit. The contractor told me he would take care of the permit now it looks like he never pulled one. Im so scared because when I look it up on the internet it says they can fine me up to 50.000 or make me tear it down. Anyone every come across this problem. Thanks Mindy
