Are you in Texas? Heard wonderful things about Los Ninos. We chose to go with Adoptions International, Inc. out of Dallas (total adoption was a little cheaper). Los Ninos has worked with Sandra Carlson & Associates for homestudies. They are who did our homestudy. The lady that came to our home was SO NICE. Jody Hall is the director of Adoptions International, Inc. You can find them on the internet. We are about to send our dossier down for translation.
