OT - Best Eye Cream

I need a new eye cream (wrinkles are starting, well I like to call them smile/laugh lines) - the only thing is - I don't like anything heavy or greasy. Can anybody help???

I like the avon products. I have paid for very expensice ones, but the Avon products work just as well. They have good eye serums as well as creams. Also, be sure to wear facial sunscreen. This really helps. An oil based eye concealer also helps.

what about the clinique "all about eyes" : Clinique | Skin Care | Eye Treatment | All About Eyes bc it is gel based...it is alot lighter than the cream based products.

i like it bc it is not greasy or heavy...so i like to use it in the morning. i like the philosophy one at night, but that one is heavy...i think. but go to the clinique counter and ask for a sample of this....i LOVE it!

I love all the Nuetrogena products and would never have tried them but dermotolgist rec'd. I am hooked and can't believe how much I spent on creams/moisturizers before. I do have slightly oily skin which may be why it works well for me too.

I use La Mer and love it.

I have also used a less expensive brand "Zia" but it is pretty greasy.

A little Barbasol in the morning while shaving. My guess is that it does nothing, but if I ever tried it, it couldn't hurt!

I use

Mary Kay Oil Free Hydrating Gel. Yes, you may have a little sticker shock up front but you use sooo little and it is so good that it is worth it. I have very oily skin and am prone to break outs but this is perfect for just around the eyes. I chalk the expense up to a treat to myself for all the stress USE is causing us at this point! I haven't even thought about PGN stress yet! That may end up being a weekend at the Spa!! Renee

Thanks for the laugh. Maybe I'll try some Edge gel.

Benefit Eyecon was recommended to me by a makeup artist for many of the stars in L.A. - long story as to how I got in touch with her...but she gave me a whole list of recommendations. You can get Benefit Eyecon through Benefit online. It is really light and I absolutely love it. It's the one product I take with me on any trip...even a weekend one. Many of the others I leave behind I swear it brightens and softens immediately and I love that it is so light. Good luck

I'm interested in this thread! Are any of the products mentioned more "natural" than others? I've been using a CoQ10 serum alternating with a hyaluronic acid serum. Don't know if it works...the hyaluronic is supposed to plump up fine lines, and the CoQ10 is more for preventive maintenance.

I'm open to buying something else that immediately works but isn't made of too much artificial stuff. (Hope this isn't considered hijacking a thread....sorry...just curious).

Duh, just read about Arbonne--I'll go check it out!
