Best place to get an Ergo?
I am going on a visit trip in the beginning of March and would like to know if any of you took a carrier with you? I am looking at the Ergo, but what do you think about it? Where is the best place to get one?

I love it! You can order it on their site, that's what I did. If you want to go and try one on- they have a list of stores that carry them on their site. Have a nice visit!

do a quick look at the for sale or trade forums. they often have gently used ones for cheaper. they are also at peppermint. and attachedtobaby (they have a 60 day money back guarantee if you dont like it). i personally havent tried the ergo. but i use a beco which is very similar and loved it. i also have a pikkolo but havent tried it out with her yet.

I got one from someone on this site too before pick up!!! It has been INVALUABLE and DS was 22 lbs at pick up (10 months). He loves it and I am convinced that it made bonding as easy as it was. I take him to my stepchildren's bball and soccer games now and he likes to go to sleep for naps in it (then lets me lay him down). The BEST money I spent!!!!

i love it too! my daughter didn't like at the beginning but now with 2.5yrs. old she loves to be in mama's back pack! John Paul doesn't love it but it is a great place to put him, especially when I'm shopping and I have to watch both of them and do shopping at the same time!
Ebay, Craiglist are places that you could find them used but in good conditions. I bought mine at their website.

I would love to know a few options to get one as well. My husband cannot get the hang of the Maya Wrap and last night tried a Baby Bjorn (with our 21 month old who was probably WAY too big) and loved it. I would rather get an Ergo since it can carry more weight.
