Found out at 3pm today that we need to have documents in Guatmela by tomorrow!!! So, we are sitting at home, waiting for UPS man to pick up our documents to have them overnighted!!! Not to mention in WI right now we are getting a major snow storm..say some prayers please..if these documents don't make it there in time..we will have to go under the Central Authority's procedures and who knows what the heck that will be!!!!!

Just thought of something else, I did not know that UPS can actually do overnight to Guat, I really hope they can.

DHL, takes 3 days for me.

What I wanted to say is that you can also send the letter through an airline for same day delivery.

If you have any concerns with it not getting to them tomorrow with the storm or other reason, maybe you can send them on a flight.

We did Fedex overnight once to GC. It is NOT guaranteed. It did not get there the next day, but the following day.

So, we had sent our agency our PAP, it was sent on to Guatemala via DHL and it never got there!!! We were waiting on our i-171 H, remember we started this process with no paperwork done at all! So, our I-171 H came today and we had to re-do the PAP and send that with the G-28's and I-600's to Guatemala by tomorrow. As we are getting a snow/ice storm too Great, huh. Yes, we talked with UPS and they said that they could overnight it to Guatemala if we got it to a UPS facility by 7:30 pm, so my husband is now at the UPS office, 30 miles from home, hand delivering it to the UPS guy to get on a plane!!! Keep the prayers coming that it gets there in time. If it isn't registered by the 31st we will not fall under PGN and will have to go under central authority. My husband is waiting at the UPS office - okay documents are on the right path. Keep prayers coming!!! We need them to get there on time!!!
UPS is staying they will have it be by tomorrow afternoon! We will keep you posted!! Keep prayers.

I will keep praying. (Now that I've read your timeline, I remember who you are.) It better get there! I didn't realize that that the DNA documents (Contact letter, G28's, & I600) had to be there by 1/31.

So I'm assuming the PAP is that Tony Roma contact letter that has to be notarized but not state certified or authenticated.

Hey, thank God!!! Are you saying that you just got your I 171 today!!! Talk about stress! LOL OMG!!!

I know I responded to the IM but just in case others need this info.

You can send documents through the cargo with Continental to get their the same day.

You have to be there 2 hrs prior to the International flight leaving.

yes, just got it today...now it didn't make the UPS truck..long story, but the manager there is going to have a lot of explaining to do...now working on puttting it on an airline to get there...I am so mad and frustrated right now.
