we had to do one for our home study requirement. it was on-line and it did involve paying a fee. PM me if you want a name of the company, our HS agency recommended a few of them to us....

I believe I can post this because some of the courses I took online were free from them. This place is absolutely phenomenal. I learned a ton from them even though I had already adopted before. It is Adoption Learning Partners. Their course called Eyes Wide Open was so meaningful to me. I also took Conspicuous Families and Lifebooks (can't remember which ones had fees and which were free).

The Adoption Learning Partners classes are no longer free. There is a fee for the enrollment.

They have an area on the site that lists the Hague guidelines and which courses meet which requirements. LM
