COC Delays in MN or Elsewhere???
It has taken 8 months since we submitted my sons COC here in MN. We just called to find out the delay & they said that they have to perform additional review on his case & it will take longer. If we do not hear something in 6 months to call the customer service #. Anyone else having this problem? I find this crazy!! What is the problem. Any advise?? TIA
