OT-Spanish Schools in Antigua
THis is totally off topic, but I was wndering if anyone has any experience with, or could recommend a good school in Antigua? My step-son will be 17 next summer, and he would like to go to Antigua for 4-6 weeks next summer and stay with a host family while attending classes. There is a lot of info on the net, but ofcourse each school claims to be the best. I remember seeing a lot of schools while walking the streets of ANtigua, but at that time, they were the last thing on my mind.
If anyone has any info or suggestions I would really appreciate it! THANKS!

We used La Ixchel language school and liked it a lot (we were only there for a week, though). If you google Ixchel Spanish School Antigua you'll get their website.

I am currently taking e-classes from Christian Spanish Academy in Antigua, with a webcam & Skype. But when we return there in November, I will be taking classes at the school. I am very pleased with their instructors, their curriculum and how quickly I am learning. If you would like any more info, just PM me.

I also took classes at La Ixchel, on Saya's recommendation, and had a great experience. PM me if you want more info. I worked with Luis and highly recommend him.
