Not terribly interesting - but I joined the forum just a few days before we received our referral. We did not specify gender but had decided that regardless the baby would be named in honor of our respective maternal grandmothers who are longer with us - Claire and Eva. So, his/her initials would definitely be "CEB". Two days later - along came Curtis Evan!!!

Well....
Both my husband and I love the beach.
We had both of our bio daughters on the beach by 2 months old (not in the blazing sun -- I'm a melanoma survivor, so very aware of sun damage ....), but beachbaby seemed appropriate. Scary enough, we have 2 other screen names (for yahoo, guatadopt, etc), ocbum207 (which is our condo unit for our Ocean City NJ beach house) and luvthebeach ... self explanatory. Cute idea for a thread!

i'm obviously eli's mom.....i just chose his name out of all my kids bc that is who i was here to talk about...but now that we are adopting again and i'll be here soon to talk about baby #5, i might have to change it
on a day like today i want it to be: toomanykids...or ineedmorecoffee...or.....imustbecrazy...lol..just kidding. i love the chaos....
