We had a flood of pinks this week with appointments the week of the 24th and I'm sure there will be others there visiting. I thought it might be nice to put together a summary thread of who's going to be there, where you are staying, when you'll be at the embassy....


We are arriving on 9/22, staying at the Westin and returning home on 9/27.

We'll be in Antigua on Sunday, 9/23 and at the Embassy on Tuesday 9/25.

I'm looking forward to meeting many of you and raising a glass to toast our new friends and families!


Edited to add: We are flying out of Philly through Atlanta. Maybe we'll bump into some of you at the airport.

We'll be staying at the Marriott. We fly in on Tuesday, September 25 and our USE appointment is Wednesday, September 26 at 7:15. We fly home on Saturday, September 29.

we're visiting, so congrats to all the pick ups! We'll be at the Marriott from the 27th to the 1st. Flying from Pittsburgh through Houston. Can't wait to meet you all. I'll be the one trying to balance a very jealous 22 month old and an I-just-met-my-mommy and daddy 3 month old. Would love to do dinner if anyone's up to it. Ooo and take people shopping in the shops behind the marriott. (DH and I both can't leave and those shops have great things and good deals) So if anyone's up to it...let me know.

we are staying at the Real International, flying delta NY to Atlanta, to Guat

The one time I thank God my in laws live with us as they are doing doggie and kittie care while we are gone, and can care for the house too!!

We're leaving on Tuesday (9/18) and we're going to do a little traveling before coming back to GC on Sunday (9/23). We'll be there through the 27th.

We should plan a group lunch. We did that on our visit trip with a bunch of forum friends and it was fun!

We'll be at the Marriott Sept 23rd through the 27th. We're flying Spirit out of Fort Lauderdale. I noticed some of you were flying out of Philly- would love to meet up (and that's my old hometown). See everyone soon! What a relief that our pick-up trip is so close!!!

I love the shopping behind the Marriott! Someone a few months ago posted that the shop in the middle had the best prices. They were correct! We brought home two suitcases full of stuff. They really do expect you to bargain and we ended up going back almost everyday! I think we have plenty of gifts to give our baby every year until she turns 40.

I'd love to go shopping with you. Count me in!
