bumping this, too. I was just in a similar situation with the Yakima office. Post this question on every board you can find. I think I posted it on 5 different forums (including the China and Russia adoption.com forums), and I finally came up with a direct line. It made a world of difference - my issue was resolved in about 48 hours, once I got to talk to someone live.
