Name change on Soc. Sec. Card

We brought our some home in Nov. '05 on an IR-4. We applied for a social security card. In Nov. '06 we finally completed the legal name change and then rec'd the COC. Now I have to go back to the Social Security office to change the name on his card. Does anyone know what paperwork I will have to show? Has anyone done this recently? THanks in advance for your help.
I looked on the website, but didn't see anything specifically related to international adoption.

I don't suppose it would hurt to bring a copy of the COC either. You never know!

You should just have to show the name change documents. Do take the COC though. If you got the SS# before you completed the readoption, he would be listed as a legal resident and not a citizen so you will want to get his status updated as well.
