Carlos just turned 18 months July 24th, he can still wear some of the clothes we brought him home in,6-9 months sizes, at 7 months old. He is about 32 inches tall, weighs about 22 lbs and wears a size 4 shoe. Most of his clothes are 9 months, some 12 months are starting to fit him, but 18 months...forget it. He eats well and acts normal, I am just curious if anyone else has a tiny little "big guy"? Here is a pic of him at a picnic we went to.

Aiden is 20 months old and is 21 lbs and can wear 6-9 month pants and some 12 month. I always buy his shirts big so he has 24 month shirts. We just have tiny "big guys".

Brayden is 21 months and weighs about 22 pounds. He is wearing some 6-9 month shorts and pants. He generally wears 12 month bottoms and 18-24 tops. His tops are usually big on him though. Generally any bottoms 18 months and up are GIGANTIC on him. He used to be soooooo short in our opinion, but recently had a growth spurt that added to his height some. I think Brayden is just going to be a peanut for now...however, he has a very BIG personality to make up for it.

Wow! I must have gotten the jolly green giant with our daughter! She is 21 months old and weighs 29 lbs and is 34 inches tall! She's wearing a size 6.5 shoe. I believe she's been in a growth spurt for a few months now. She still wears an 18 month pants but, is into a 2T top. It's getting hard to buy outfits for her!

I think everyone's baby's are fine as long as they're thriving, healthy and happy!

Liana weighed over 19 pounds at 9 months.

Sophia will be 19 months tomorrow and is a peanut! She is 19 lbs 13 oz. She can still wear 6-9 month clothes and there are some 12 month she can wear but 12 month for the most part is too big and I usually end up rolling up the waist in them. She is 29 inches tall. Here she is posing!

Zoe is 18.5 months old.
She weighs 23.5 pounds and is 31 inches tall.

She fits fine in most 18 month old clothes I put on her, although some I have gotten from friends with tags still on are too big. When I buy any I look at the tags to see if it describes height and weight range for that size.

Her feet are a size 5.5 shoe, mostly she still wears 12-18 month robeez, but toes are about at the edge (I don't own any 5.5, just size 5 sandals... but clearly they are getting too tight, but size 6 tennis shoe I just bought her seems too big).

She can still wear some 12 month clothing.

I think I may have it easier in that she is a girl, so she can wear dresses... but the pants don't seem too long, really.

My son just turned 18 months and he is 33 1/2 inches and 24 lbs. He wears a size 18 months and a size 6 shoe.

My son is 20 months, he's 32 inches and 21 pounds. He wears 12 month pants because any larger and they fall down, and he can wear 12 or 18 month shirts (the 12 month shirts are tight going over his head, but the 18 month are still somewhat large on him). He wears a size 4 shoe.

At 18 months, Gabriella weighed 21 lb 11 oz and was 30.5 inches tall. She was still wearing many of her 6-9 month clothes, but some 12 month sizes fit as well. She recently turned 2 and can wear many of her 12 month clothes from last summer (which didn't fit her then). She is slowly moving into 18 month sizes, so we may get there by the time she's 3.

My son is 16.5 months, only 20.5 pounds and 29 inches. He still wears lots of 6-9 mo. clothes, and can only wear 12 mo. in PJs and T-shirts. He wears 3.5 shoes. DH calls him "little mighty"!

At Marco's 18 month check up he was 27 pounds and 33 inches. His show size is a 7.5

He'll be two Aug 7th. I can't wait to get his measurements at his 2 yr. check up.

We have a pint-sized guy also. At 19 months, Manny is 30.5" and 22 lbs, size 5 shoe. He wears 12-18 month shirts, but his pants are only 9 and 12 months. He's got what we call the Latin Guy build - a large torso and tiny waist and short legs. We noticed a lot of men in Guatemala are built like that.

But Manny makes up for his size with his lung power. We are amazed at how loud he is when he cries or just makes funny noises. It's amazing to see such a tiny guy with this huge, resonating voice.

At his 18 month check-up in the beginning of June, my son was 22.5 lbs. and 32 inches long. I'm not quite sure what his length is right now at almost 20 months old, but the scale at home reads 23.5 lbs.

Some days he eats better than others, plus, I do try not to feed him too many sweets or snacks. I just can never know for sure if I'm feeding properly, maybe he needs more fattening foods. Right now, the 18 month summer outfits seem to be just above his knee cap and his 5-6 shoe size seem to be a little small. I think he may graduate to a size 7 by the time fall season rolls in.
