DNA Authorization Waiters - 7/18
Wonderful News!!!!!! karen nickols has finally received DNA Authorization. After so much heartache finally some progress. I hope it's smooth sailing from here on.
Also congrats to pamcita for getting authorization. I don't know exactly what date she received it but she's with her little one right now visiting. Welcome to ndpguatemama, we hope you get your 171-H soon so you can get that DNA authorization. Click on the image to enlarge!

Visa appt: 7/29/08 Home without my daughter: 8/1/08 Finally a complete family: 3/25/09

DNA was done on July 13th !!! One step down and how many more to go???

Fernando, Jamie and Natalie Born 4/19/04 Home forever 9/29/04 Catalina Born 3/28/07 I171H received, Entered FC, DNA taken and sent to Guat. 2007 Orphanage raid 8/12/07 Daughter removed from orphanage! 8/23/07 PA Issued 9/08/07 Back at the orphanage 12/12/07 1st Visit trip 1/3/08 - 1/7/08 Social Worker Investigated 3/28/08 Catalina turns 1 April 2008 We must hire investigator to find birthmom and hire an attorney to work our case. May 2008 Orphanage told judge that we didn’t want to continue, flew to Guatemala to make sure that all involved knows she is a part of our family. July 2008 daughter moved into another orphanage. 2nd Visit August 2008 The new orphanage is wonderful! 3rd Visit November 2008 She didn't want to leave my side. Why can't the judge issue the sentence so we can bring her home! Sentence finally issued March 13, Who says Friday the 13th is unlucky? 4th Trip March 25 - 29 March 28, 2009 Catalina turns 2 today
